FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

  • Once your first draft is sent, you receive (2) revisions free of charge. After that there is a fee of $15 for each new change. Once I’ve started on your project, there are no refunds under any circumstances. Please read over my terms and conditions before proceeding with your purchase.

  • If I am providing a design service for you, I prefer to keep all forms of communication at a minimum, but if it’s unrelated to the progression of your project then you may contact me via email or text message.

    If you hired me as your virtual assistant, you may contact me via email or text message within my business hours or the business hours stated in our contract agreement!

  • All final and approved design projects will be sent via Dropbox in PNG, PDF, or JPG file types.

    I DO NOT SEND PSD/AI FILES!

  • Yes! A Squarespace Commerce subscription is required due to this being the only option for me to access CSS coding.
