To work efficiently as your Social Media Manager, I will need the following:
Client Questionnaire (can be filled out after request form is submitted)
Brand Assets (logo, colors, patterns, textures, elements, fonts, icons, etc)
Login Information — Once the contract is signed and invoice is paid, I will need granted access to all accounts that i’ll be working with
Details of upcoming events, launches, sales, and promotions (which could also be discussed during the scheduled consultation call)

HIRING PROCESS:
In order to hire a Social Media Manager, you’ll need to schedule a discovery call. During this discovery call, you’ll be asked a series of questions for us to better understand your intentions and needs.
We’ll then send you a welcome email upon approval, which includes a link to our client portal where you’ll be able to sign the contract, pay the invoice, track our progress during the duration of our collaboration, schedule meetings, see the calendar, and details of the entire process.
Once you’re able to access the client portal, you’ll be prompted to fill out the client questionnaire, which helps us get to know you and your brand a little more.
After receiving all the requirements we’ve requested, Keshia will contact you to schedule a consultation call for you both to discuss monthly scheduling, build your content calendar, and talk about any further details of our collaboration to prevent miscommunication or minor inconveniences.
