introductory Call & Onboarding
Before we begin, we schedule a focused introductory call to understand your immediate needs, long-term goals, internal team structure, and how design currently supports (or slows down) your operations. You’ll receive a custom proposal outlining the recommended retainer tier, deliverables, and monthly support level based on your organization’s growth demands.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we send your contract, initial invoice, and onboarding packet. You’ll also receive access to your client portal, where you can track communication, documents, request designs, and project statuses. After your deposit is processed and onboarding documents are submitted, we move into the official project start.
